Krystle Roberts

Krystle Roberts Managing Associate Attorney

Krystle Roberts first joined the Law Offices of Mark Weinstein, PC as an associate in 2016, focusing her practice on representing the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in real estate transactions and eminent domain litigation. She also represents property owners in real estate disputes and transactional matters. In her daily practice, she works on condemnation projects, closing documents for real estate closings, title reports, real estate litigation, and more.

Krystle has worked in the legal industry since 2013, including an externship with The Honorable Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams in the Fulton County Superior Court. In addition to her current work, Krystle has also worked with clients on matters involving wills and trusts, commercial leases, intellectual property, and products liability. Of her professional reputation, her fellow lawyers say, “Krystle is a kind and intelligent attorney. She has a clear passion for her clients, and she puts in the hours to give them their best possible results.”

What she enjoys most about being a lawyer is the practical side of the law – seeing how the law affects and relates to one’s everyday life – even if the law at issue may be over a hundred years old. Specifically, she likes seeing the history of a parcel of land, how the land has progressed, and any family history involved – and she has handled cases involving hundreds of properties throughout Georgia. She also likes advocating for people, enjoys speaking with clients and communicating what is going on in their cases with care.

Krystle graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2010. Her work ethic and academic excellence led to her inclusion in the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and Phi Lambda Upsilon Honor Society. After college, Krystle earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2014. During law school, Krystle was an Urban Fellow.

Krystle is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She enjoys watching drama television shows and movies and spends her free time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
