Camesha Mitchell

Camesha Mitchell Managing Associate Attorney

An Atlanta, Georgia native, Camesha Mitchell joined Law Offices of Mark Weinstein, P.C. in 2019, focusing her practice on representing the Georgia Department of Transportation in real estate transactions and eminent domain litigation, with a primary focus on pre-condemnation acquisitions and condemnation proceedings. Camesha has worked in the legal industry for over 10 years, working both in-house at companies and with other law firms prior to her work with our firm. In addition to her work with Law Offices of Mark Weinstein, P.C., she has also handled cases involving supply chain production, personal injury, and criminal defense.

What she enjoys most about being a lawyer is fighting hard for her clients’ interests and solving real-world problems. In Atlanta, road construction is everywhere, and being able to see all sides of it and learning the complexities behind it shows how it can impact people’s lives. She enjoys showing those expecting the worst from their involvement with the government how easy, painless, and quick the transactions she handles can be.

Camesha graduated from Oglethorpe University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2008. Her academic aptitude qualified her for membership in Beta Omicron Sigma, a business honors society. She earned her law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2013. During law school, Camesha served as Article & Notes Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. She also served as General Counsel for the FSU Student Supreme Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
